Andy Arnold is proud to call the Tri-Cities area home and has spent nearly three decades serving the families, schools, and communities of Northeast Tennessee. After a 27-year career in education—as a teacher, coach, principal, and Chief Technology Officer—Andy now brings his leadership, integrity, and deep local roots to real estate.

Throughout his career with Bristol Tennessee City Schools and Kingsport City Schools, Andy worked closely with local leaders, contractors, architects, and families while helping plan and design new schools and major facility upgrades. He understands firsthand how important strong neighborhoods, quality schools, and smart investments are to families in our region.

In addition to his professional leadership experience, Andy has personally served as the general contractor on two of his own homes. Managing budgets, timelines, subcontractors, inspections, and design decisions has given him practical, hands-on knowledge of construction, renovation, and what truly adds value to a property. He knows what to look for—whether helping buyers evaluate a home or guiding sellers in preparing their property for the market.

Andy’s approach is relationship-driven and community-focused. He believes real estate is more than a transaction—it’s about helping people put down roots, build equity, and invest confidently in the place they call home.
