Chance Cook

Though relatively new to the real estate industry, with over 10 years of experience working in hospitality, Chance is no stranger to going the extra mile for his clients. Instilling a level of comfort and trust through knowledge and research is a must, but Chance believes having a laugh along the way should always be an expected pit stop on your journey. 

When he’s not serving his clients across the tri-cities, you can find Chance at Nicewonder Farm and Vineyard serving local wine and Appalachian cuisine to travelers and locals alike. 

A native of southwest Virginia, Chance enjoys exploring the countless hiking trails and waterfalls of the region. He’s been a featured artist in the annual Bristol in Bloom Festival and, in his spare time, enjoys travel, live music, and assisting his wife with community efforts through Communities in Schools of Appalachian Highlands.
