Kristen Gibson is a licensed real estate professional serving clients across Tennessee and Virginia. With a background in healthcare and marketing, Kristen brings a unique blend of compassion, strategy, and strong communication to every client she works with.

Before entering real estate, Kristen worked as a respiratory therapist and later spent seven years in healthcare sales and marketing. These experiences helped shape her people-first approach and sharpen her ability to listen, understand client needs, and create effective marketing strategies. She also holds an MBA with a focus in marketing, giving her valuable insight into how to position homes in today’s competitive market.

In addition to her real estate career, Kristen is involved in community education and is passionate about helping people feel confident and informed when making important decisions.
